....oh crap that doesn't work with still images over the Internet does it...

Someone on Tumblr pointed out that Clever's eyes looked almost hypnotic. I had to point out that technically some timelords do have the power to hypnotize people...and yes the Doctor has used this power himself, the Master does it all the time in Classic Who.... So I just designed a special version of Clever's eyes when he tries to use it.
Its not very effective though, since its not really his special talent to begin with. But it was still kind of fun to redesign his eyes a little X3 even though all I really did was make them glow a bit more than usual (although not quite as much as when his pupils outright disappear in a blinding light) and add unfinished blue lines around his pupils. The right eye also spins....but that doesn't really come up in still-images
