That didn't go too well...

So I started a Nuzlocke yesterday and only this morning tragedy struck…

I had for Pokémon at this point:
My starter Ichigo the ChespinSayaka the Pidgey
Butters the Scatterbug
and Goofy the Bidoof.

Then I went to route 21 to find another Pokémon and my first encounter was Dunsparce…

I sent out Butters and tried to use Stun Spore. It failed so I used tackle a couple of times and tried to throw a Pokéball. It failed…

Then Dunsparce murdered Butters.

I sent out Ichigo and tried to use tackle again. Dunsparce nearly killed Ichigo so I used Potion, the next rollout….

Rip Butters and Ichigo

I kind of cheated after this since I was down two Pokémon… I ran from the Dunsparce and caught a Bunnelby in the same zone… Shortly after I lost Goofy to the skater outside Viola’s gym…

So I only have two Pokémon left now and still no badges. I think I’m gonna overtrain my Pidgey to beat this gym. My brother lost his in the very same gym (he started a nuzlocke the same day I did) and I don’t want to take any more chances!
