Bad boys and the Rani.

Tumblrpon is kind of drowning in Doctor Blogs, many of which probably trying to get into Docs in a box   and a while ago I suggested someone should make a similar blog for the villains of Doctor Who.
I wasn't the only person with that idea and not long after Not the Docs was born.
