Did anyone say pony-companion? (half the people who send in questions on my blog perhaps??)
Have some companions... Matt the pony with every new Who companion in pony-form..and by companion I mean a character who traveled with the Doctor for more than one adventure, so...none of those people who only appear in certain special episodes... and some MLP-characters as well, since Matt has admitted in the blog that he's had some companions the humanoid Doctor didn't have.
I suppose Oswin shouldn't apply in this case since Matt the pony only "met" her once, and never saw her, since he left the pony-verse before the Christmas special, but she's a confirmed companion for the other Doctor so she gets a guest-pass.

That is not the tenth Doctor with Rose by the way. Its the metacrisis Doctor, so his cutie mark is a mix of the Doctor's and Donna's.

Also neither of these are humans who magically turned into ponies. They were born ponies.
People in The Doctor and his Pony don't just magically turn into animals for no reason.

I've been thinking.. Should Matt's companions just keep the same name as the original Doctor or should I give them new names more suitable to ponies?
Rose and River would keep their names, they're MLP-ish enough. But names like Amelia, Sarah-Jane, Clara and Jack sound a bit out of place since they're supposed to be from the same world as Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Pinkie Pie and you know the rest... Pony-names! Any suggestions?
