Clever 1 and 2

Bit of a random drawing I made to compare Clever 1.0 and 2.0

1.0 is the Cyber-planner as seen in Nightmare in Silver.
He was a bit more psychotic than my version and would gleefully talk about how Clara was going to die a painful death, curtsey of his own army of Cybermen.
His weak point was that he wasn't able to completely overtake the Doctor's brain. He only controlled half of it leading to many thug of wars between the two personalities about who would control the body.
He was eventually beaten by the Doctor.

2.0 is the new and improved Mister Clever...at least so he thinks.
He was slightly more sneaky when trying to take over. Instead of trying to force the Doctor to surrender he slowly and carefully sneaked his way back in, until he was able to merge with the original personality.
Clever is the Doctor, AND the cyberplanner. His base personality is something of a mix, he still wants to be a hero, its just that his ideas of heroism tend to involve ridding ponies of their emotions.
He did however screw up completely the first time he attempted this, resulting the death of his companion Clara. The shock was too much for his emotional inhibitor to handle and his emotions came back on mass. He tries to repress them however, which resulted in a new personality being formed from those repressed emotions. An annoying little voice at the back of his head he prefers to call "the Glitch" (who often takes the form of an angel just to annoy him.)
Clever 2.0 does have emotions, despite insisting otherwise. He's able to put them aside most of the time. Just don't mention Clara, and if you value your life; don't imply that he murdered her.

Ask Mister Clever is built on my own headcanon that the cyber-planner in itself doesn't have a personality, and it only got one because it tried to take over the Doctor's mind. Through sheer willpower the Doctor was able to keep it from taking over more than half of his brain, but I still like to believe that deep inside Clever was still a part of the Doctor. The part that got completely overtaken by the Cyberiad. Because it doesn't sound like a Cyberman-thing to start dancing on the table and give themselves a new name because they thought "Cyber-planner" just wasn't good enough. It does however sound like an Eleventh Doctor-thing to do.
Clever 2.0 is fully aware of this, so he still answers to the name Doctor, even when most of his blog's followers don't agree with him. Most of the askers have been calling the Glitch Doctor, but he uses that name on Clever himself...the Glitch doesn't actually have a name for himself. Being made of almost pure emotion he doesn't have the imagination to come up with one.
